As a Salesperson at Ownspecs, a premium eyewear destination in Surat, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a team that offers a curated selection of global luxury brands and high-quality in-house collections. Your role will involve representing Ownspecs on the retail floor with enthusiasm and style, catering to customers with a warm, consultative approach. Your key responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs to recommend suitable eyewear options from luxury and in-house brands, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current collections, building strong customer relationships, handling sales transactions efficiently, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on product trends and industry developments while striving to achieve and exceed sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess previous experience in retail or luxury sales, with a preference for the eyewear or fashion industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a presentable and professional demeanor, strong customer service orientation, basic computer and billing knowledge, and fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati are desirable qualifications. While a minimum education of 12th Pass or Graduate is preferred, we are also looking for individuals who are passionate about luxury retail and eager to grow within our fast-expanding brand.
