We are looking for a dynamic individual who can take ownership of programmatic requests, guide junior developers, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables. The Senior Salesforce Lead will report to the Product Manager and play a critical role in Salesforce solution development. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. • Oversee development activities, code reviews, and solution architecture to maintain best practices. • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical leadership and direction. • Ensure effective use of Salesforce APIs, APEX, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for integration and extension. • Optimize DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and release management for a medium-sized team (6-10 engineers). • Manage AppExchange package development, installation, and maintenance. • Develop and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. • Work with large data sets, ensuring data integrity and bulk processing efficiency. Required Qualifications & Experience: • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including APEX, Visualforce, LWC, and Java. • Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, data modeling, and security. • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System and application lifecycle management. • Expertise in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline structuring for Salesforce development teams. • Hands-on experience with AppExchange package development and deployment. • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general web development principles. • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II or equivalent certification. • Ability to analyze, design, and deliver complex Salesforce solutions. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to present solutions to stakeholders. Desirable Qualifications: • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder, or JavaScript Developer I. • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and related technologies. • Competency in other programming languages such as XML, .NET, SQL, C++, and Java. • Prior experience leading and managing a team. • Active participation in the Salesforce community and continuous learning mindset.
