Org AXA GBS Role: Salesforce Developer Exp: 5 to 9 Years Work Location: Pune and Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days office and 3 days WFH) We at AXA GBS are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience and expertise in Salesforce Implementation. The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered 2-3 Salesforce Implementations and possess advanced skills in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud & AppExchange products. Responsibilities: Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet complex business Needs. Architect and implement integration with external systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless flow of information. Customize Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud platforms to optimize user experience and streamline business processes. Proficiently write Apex classes, Apex triggers, Apex test classes, SOQL, SOS L etc. Autonomously Configure Approval processes, Roles, Profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, SSO and other features. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Perform code reviews, optimize system performance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues in Salesforce applications. Experience with Agile Methodologies to implement DevOps practices for Salesforce Development & Deployments ensuring continuous integration & delivery. Stay updated with current Salesforce best practices, new features, and emerging technologies, and assess their relevance to our business needs. Must Have: Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Salesforce Security model and best practices. Must be Salesforce PD-1, Sales cloud Consultant & Experience cloud Consultant Certified . Strong understanding of trigger frameworks, trigger handler patterns, Asynchronous Apex & data migration strategies. Hands-on Experience with HTML, CSS & JS to develop Salesforce Lightning web components. Extensive experience in customizing Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud platforms to meet specific business requirements. Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines) Good to Have: Good to have Experience in MuleSoft integration to connect Salesforce with other applications and services.
