Salesforce Business Analyst

You should possess excellent communication skills as you will be required to interact with clients. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of a global omnichannel eCommerce solution, focusing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. With 7-9 years of experience, you will lead the planning, analysis, and implementation of eCommerce solutions tailored for global markets. You will work closely with business stakeholders, international partners, and cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and validate requirements, drive process improvements, and execute rollout activities to enhance the online shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include documenting and analyzing current and future business processes, translating business needs into detailed functional requirements, participating in sprint planning sessions, evaluating and recommending functional solutions based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud capabilities, configuring and managing Business Manager settings, collaborating with System Integrators and cross-cloud teams, supporting business and QA teams in testing processes, and developing training materials for business users. To be successful in this role, you must have 7-9 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on eCommerce platforms, at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience, in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication skills, proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence, experience in enterprise-level eCommerce deployments, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and preferably familiarity with SQL, CMS platforms, and Google Analytics. The job is a permanent position with a budget of 1.3-1.5 Lakhs per month, offering a competitive salary range of 15-18 LPA. The work location is in Chennai/Bangalore, and the shift timing is from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST.
