Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader based in Gurugram. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals, and ensuring that those goals are met. Key tasks include overseeing daily sales activities, coaching team members, providing excellent customer service, and using analytical skills to track performance metrics. The role also involves developing and executing sales strategies and maintaining strong communication within the team and with clients.
