About The Role We are looking for a result-driven Sales Team Leader to manage a team of sales executives. The role involves team supervision, outbound calling, lead distribution, data handling, and achieving sales team targets. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a sales team to meet daily and monthly targets. Distribute and track leads efficiently using CRM or Excel. Support the team in outbound calls and closing deals.
