Job Description

Role & responsibilities Administrative & Executive Support You will prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required You will organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups. You will handle confidential documents and communications with discretion. Business Coordination & Support: You will assist in tracking and monitoring key business performance metrics of the Channel. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of processes such as Data Analysis, Data Feed to Field force, tracking of various agreed-upon activities at Field level, and campaign Design. You will support in the preparation of business reports, financial summaries, and strategic documents. You shall follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Stakeholder Management: You shall act as a liaison between the Country Head and sales leadership teams to complete various tasks and provide timely responses for Campaigns, Data feeds, etc. You shall facilitate communication and ensure timely responses to queries and concerns within various functions. You will support the channel with strategic inputs like Data / Campaigns / Business Drives & Reviews etc. Compliance & Documentation: You shall ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all tasks. You will maintain proper documentation, records, and reports for audit and compliance purposes. You shall ensure that sales network follows agreed processes during tactical business drives and immediately flag deviations to CH for course correction Special Projects & Initiatives: You shall support the Country Head in executing strategic initiatives and special projects. You will conduct research in liaison with sales leadership and provide insights on market trends, competition, and business opportunities. Preferred candidate profile Preferably Graduates, with 3+ years of experience in Sales strategy (direct sales channel
