Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Chennai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for training new sales staff, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and expertise in Sales Management
• Ability to Train new sales staff
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
