Job Description

Job Summary: As a Cloud Sales Outside Representative (OSR), you will be responsible for generating sales revenue by prospecting and acquiring new clients for our cloud services. Your primary focus will be on promoting our cloud solutions, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate our cloud services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition. Customized Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and offer customized cloud solutions to meet their needs. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement is reached. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking and managing leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM tools. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the technology or cloudservices industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Technical aptitude and understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience selling cloud services or SaaS solutions. Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Certified Professional. Familiarity with different cloud platforms and their offerings. Experience working with enterprise clients and understanding their complex IT environments.
