Job Description

Promote and sell technical products/services to new and existing clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on technical specifications Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits Install, commission, and service equipment at customer sites Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting post-sale Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention Prepare quotations, proposals, and service reports Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, technical support) to ensure smooth delivery and service Maintain records of sales activities, service calls, and customer feedback Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments Sales & Service of Analytical lab instruments such as HPLC, GC, AAS & Spectrophotometer
