Job Description Sales & Business Development Overall responsibility of Sales & service support in the specified regional. To develop business in specified region. Create solutions and design detailed techno-commercial proposals through direct interaction with clients. Analyze & review product market situation in different product segments and ensure proper product positioning to achieve targets with a specific focus on corporate sales. All corporate communications and direct marketing efforts/promotions. Responsible for sales, and payment collections at regional level. Handling major customer accounts, and generating new business. Partnering with software vendors in various vertical segments. Ensuring high customer satisfaction levels at all times. Accurate and timely reporting of sales, outstanding and stock data to regional office. Service Support Providing technical support to end customers. Installation, training and warranty support to end- customers. Understanding the different Barcode products and give proper suggestion to the client. Attending Hardware breakdown & preventive maintenance calls. Responsible for Presales activity, assist sales team in product demos & application usage Desired Candidate Profile Excellent understanding of End to End AIDC solutions. Possess a high degree of self-confidence and a positive attitude. Strong communication skills. Problem diagnosis skill. Work Smartly and Calmly under Pressure.
