At Wings Marketing and Finance we are looking for employees who are really good at sales and have very good convincing skills. And possess fluency in both Hindi and English
At least 12th Pass
0-2 years of experience in sales
Must be located within commutable distance to Kolkata, West Bengal, India
Undergrads and grads are both eligible.
Proven ability to communicate fluently in both Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Experience in working with diverse client bases across regional and national markets.
Ability to tailor communication style to different customer personas and regional preferences.
Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles where bilingual communication was key to success.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport in both Hindi- and English-speaking markets.
