Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: We will generate leads and the candidate needs to visit the customer with catalogs. 2. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our products and aftersales services promise. 3. Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. 4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products or services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. (Home decor products) 5. Sales Reporting: Accurately track and report sales performance and customer interactions. Required Skills: 1. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers. 2. Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales. 3. Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and communicate product features and benefits. 4. Time Management: Effectively manage time to meet sales targets and handle multiple customer interactions. 5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships. Ideal Candidate: 1.
