Your focus will be on establishing and maintaining customer relationships, developing new customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and closing sales. In this role, you will autonomously manage large accounts involving multiple team members, secure and maintain product distributions and services, and work independently with limited supervision. Building a network of relationships will be crucial, and you will have a significant impact on achieving departmental sales results and contribute to the development of departmental goals and planning efforts. You will drive adoption and penetration in accounts, make improvements to sales processes and tools, recommend changes in account strategy and tactics to achieve sales goals, and demonstrate sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. With regards to communication and influence, you will have an impact on internal contacts within the job area and external suppliers, customers, and vendors regarding policy, practices, and procedures. You will engage in advanced negotiation and presentations with external suppliers, customers, and vendors to manage relationships and close sales. Additionally, you may provide guidance, coaching, and training to other sales professionals and support employees, manage large accounts, delegate work, and review others" work product. To qualify for this position, you should possess advanced knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through education combined with extensive sales experience. As a career-level sales representative, you will be a fully qualified, experienced professional with a Baccalaureate degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, along with comprehensive knowledge of company products and services.
