Bench Sales Recruiters (Freshers)

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and market IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US citizens) on various job portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bench consultants and support them throughout the job search process.
• Reach out to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients for contract job requirements.
• Negotiate contract rates with vendors and clients.
• Prepare and update candidate resumes and submit to relevant job requirements.
• Regular follow-ups with consultants and vendors.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work during US business hours (night shift).
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies is a plus (training will be provided).
