The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for retail, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing stock levels.
• Provide product knowledge to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Uphold store policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Skills

• Proficient in basic math and retail math for accurate transaction processing.
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in retail sales preferred, with familiarity in cash handling practices.
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous.
• Attention to detail when managing stock levels and product displays.
