Job Title: Sales & Operations Specialist – Travel & Tourism Location: Mulund West (Mumbai) (on-site) Experience: 2 to 4 years Industry: Travel & Tourism (Veena World Franchise) Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Operations Manager to manage travel inquiries, prepare quotations, handle end-to-end tour operations, and build strong relationships with new and repeat guests. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of relevant experience in the travel industry. Key Responsibilities: Handle walk-in and online inquiries and convert them into bookings Prepare customized travel quotations and itineraries Coordinate with Veena World backend teams for bookings and operations Assist clients with visa documentation and travel insurance Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and old guests Drive repeat bookings through targeted sales and marketing efforts Manage client communication, payment follow-ups, and documentation Ensure smooth tour execution and post-tour follow-ups Meet sales targets and support local marketing activities Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in travel sales and operations Experience in preparing quotations, visa, and insurance handling Excellent client servicing and relationship-building skills Strong communication and destination knowledge Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools Familiarity with Veena World systems is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: ₹25,000.02 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Ready to travel to Mulund West Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Travel and tourism : 2 years (Preferred) Language: English, Marathi and Hindi (Preferred) Location: Mulund West, Maharashtra (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9619492259 Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
