Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead sales operations across Jaipur and surrounding districts
• Drive dealer and retailer network development
• Ensure sales targets and growth objectives are met
• Collect ground-level market insights and competitor data
• Organize and execute product demonstrations, field days, and campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, R&D, logistics) for seamless execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the vegetable seed industry
• B.Sc. Agriculture or relevant degree preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven knowledge of Rajasthan’s seed market dynamics
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the region
