The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, property site visits, follow-ups, and closing deals, along with handling day-to-day office-based sales coordination. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through various sources (field visits, online portals, referrals, etc.) Conduct property site visits with clients and explain project features. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Follow up with clients regularly and address queries promptly. Maintain and update client databases, CRM tools, and sales reports. Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and promotional activities. Attend walk-in clients and assist with property details at the office. Participate in sales meetings and project briefings. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field (freshers with good communication skills may apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of the local property market and locations. Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone for field visits. Basic computer skills—MS Office, CRM tools, email. Preferred Skills: Persuasive and confident personality. Customer-centric approach and excellent negotiation skills.
