Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, attending client meetings, showcasing properties, and converting leads into successful sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through various channels such as online portals, field visits, referrals, cold calling, and walk-ins. Conduct property tours and explain features and benefits of available real estate projects. Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable options. Follow up with potential clients and maintain an active pipeline. Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring a smooth documentation process. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM) for timely and successful project deliveries. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and status. Attend promotional events, exhibitions, and site launches as required. Provide after-sales support and customer service.
