Sales Manager (TWO WHEELER)

As a Sales Manager for two-wheeler sales, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives. You will lead and motivate the sales team to reach individual and team sales targets effectively. Building and maintaining robust relationships with dealerships and other sales channels will be crucial to ensure the efficient distribution and availability of two-wheelers in the market. Market research and analysis will be a key part of your role, helping you to identify new opportunities, market trends, and activities of competitors. You will be required to develop and execute promotional campaigns and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth. Training and mentoring the sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills will also be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics will be essential for evaluating effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement. You will be expected to prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
