Sales Manager

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager - Water Treatment for our client place based at Hyderabad, Telangana. The ideal will be responsible for comprehending and addressing customer needs with effective water treatment solutions. You will work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction while meeting sales targets and developing long-term relationships.

Role & responsibilities:-

• Identify and evaluate customer requirements for water treatment & Pump solutions.
• Develop and present technical proposals and cost-effective solutions.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
• Collaborate with the technical and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Regularly visit customer locations to showcase products and conduct presentations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers.
• Manage and negotiate contracts and sales agreements.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in water treatment or a similar industry.
• Expertise in water treatment and wastewater treatment plants.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients.
• Proven experience in water treatment sales with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster strong relationships with clients.
• Ability to handle client objections and close deals efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.
