Job Description

As a Sales Manager MICE at our Delhi corporate office, you will play a crucial role in leading the strategy, execution, client success, and growth of our pan-India MICE vertical. We are looking for a seasoned MICE leader with a passion for delivering exceptional corporate experiences. This high-impact role is ideal for professionals who excel in building strong networks, managing teams, and driving performance. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by implementing competitive strategies that align with profitability goals. You will be responsible for preparing and monitoring annual business plans, budgets, and performance reviews. Building strategic partnerships with hotels, venues, vendors, and corporate clients will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your role will involve owning and expanding key client relationships, as well as driving new client acquisition across different geographies. Supporting sales teams in meeting MICE revenue goals and working closely with decision-makers to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention will be crucial for success. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of MICE events, including budgeting, planning, execution, and post-event reviews. Additionally, managing centralized MICE and leisure operations, mentoring regional teams, and improving efficiency will be part of your role. Ensuring that every event is delivered on-brand, on-budget, and on-time will be a top priority. To excel in this position, you should have 10-15 years of experience in MICE, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. An industry background in a Travel Management Company (TMC) or Corporate/Event Management firm is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or Tourism is required, with an MBA being a plus. Your skills should include strategic and financial acumen, destination knowledge, global market insight, executive-level client engagement, strong negotiation, communication, and contracting abilities, as well as a passion for events, travel, and operational excellence.
