Job Summary :-

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :-

Develop and execute
sales strategies
to meet revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and manage the
sales team
to achieve individual and team goals
Identify and pursue
new business opportunities
in domestic and international markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with
key clients and distributors
Conduct
market research
and competitor analysis to inform sales tactics
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure
customer satisfaction
Prepare and present
sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and suppliers
Represent the company at
trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

Bachelors degree in
Business, Marketing, Engineering
