Job Post: Sales Manager (Domestic & Export)
Experience: 10+ years
Education: Post-Graduation (MBA or equivalent preferred & good communication skills in English)
Industry: Textile, Fabric, Yarns (preferred)
Location: Gandhra road Rohtak Haryana
Key Responsibilities:
Explore and grow domestic business in major textile hubs such as Gujarat, Mumbai, Surat, and other key Indian cities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive Domestic & international sales, especially in Export markets.
Analyze global and domestic market trends in textiles, fabrics, and yarns to identify new business opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with clients Domestic & across with countries like China, USA, Germany, France, Europe, etc.
Ability to drive sales across both international and domestic Indian markets.
Liaise with overseas clients regularly in English to negotiate deals and manage export orders.
Achieve sales targets and oversee the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closing sales.
Stay updated on global market trends in textiles, fabric, and yarns to identify new avenues for business.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare sales reports, market forecasts, and business performance analyses for senior management.
Key Skills & Requirements:
10+ years of proven experience in sales, with solid background in Export business.
Post-Graduate degree (MBA or similar) from a reputed institute.
Experience in textile/fabric/yarns is highly preferred.
Excellent command of English — must be able to communicate fluently with international clients.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
Familiarity with international trade regulations and export documentation will be a plus.
Willingness to travel overseas as per business requirements.
