Sales Manager-female

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Identify emerging markets and analyze competition.
• Negotiate and close agreements with corporate clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Good knowledge of trade show and Exhibition Center.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a relevant role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communciation & computer skills.
