Role & responsibilities

About the Role

Sales

marketing, creative production, or campaign management services, with a proven ability to close high-value retainer clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced

environment with high growth potential, contributing directly to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Client

1. Identify and qualify high-value prospects in industries such as travel, hospitality, fashion, FMCG and technology.

2. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to generate leads and close deals.

3. Conduct thorough client discovery to understand pain points, budgets, and decision-making processes.

4. Present tailored pitches and proposals to prospective clients, effectively showcasing our services.

5. Successfully close a minimum of 2-3 retainer accounts within the first 3 months of joining.

Pipeline

1. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

2. Use CRM tools to track prospects, follow-ups, and deal progress.

3. Provide weekly updates on sales activity, progress toward targets, and key challenges.

Investor

1. Research and identify potential investors aligned with the companys vision.

2. Arrange meetings for the Founder/CEO with interested investors, acting as a liaison to provide context and ensure preparedness.

3. Assist in refining investor pitches based on feedback and market research.

BYC

  • Develop and execute a strategy to onboard early adopter agencies to our marketplace.
  • Position the platform as a valuable tool for campaign management and creator collaborations during client meetings.
  • Collect feedback from early adopters to refine platform features and functionalities.
  • Build a roster of 10-20 agency users for the platform during different stages.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align onboarding efforts with its development and marketing timelines.

Market

1. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential new market opportunities.

2. Use insights to refine sales approaches and suggest new strategies for client targeting.

Collaboration

1. Work closely with the marketing team to align lead-generation strategies.

2. Collaborate with operations and creative teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in digital marketing, creative services, or influencer marketing.

2. Proven track record of closing high-value clients or meeting aggressive sales targets.

3. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

4. Ability to research and understand client needs, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

5. Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales approaches.

6. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

7. Bonus: Experience in arranging investor meetings or understanding fundraising dynamics.
