Position Overview

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for AAC blocks and other building materials.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, ensuring our offerings remain competitive.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience:

  7 to 12 years of experience in sales management within the building materials sector, with a focus on AAC blocks, ACP, ALC, tiles, RMC, and cement marketing.

• Skills:

  Strong sales acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

• Education:

  A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Location:

  Willingness to travel within the assigned regions (Hyderabad, Mumbai City, Surat, Indore).

• Work Schedule:

  Full-time, Day shift, On-site.
