Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Regularly meet with key decision-makers including Directors, VPs, and Procurement Heads.
  • Present and pitch product/service offerings effectively to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide timely market feedback and competitor insights to the internal team.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in

    B2B field sales

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Must own a

    personal four-wheeler

    with a valid driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Comfortable with regular travel and fieldwork.
