We are expanding our footprint across India and are looking for a Sales Manager who can lead client acquisition, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive B2B software sales. Identify and approach new potential clients (HR Managers, Admin Heads, SMEs, etc.). Conduct product demos and close deals for CheckTime and ActHour software. Build and manage a team of field and telesales executives. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead generation. Provide feedback for continuous product improvement. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in IT/SaaS/B2B and B2C sales (HR software or productivity tools preferred). Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, organized, and team-oriented. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales processes.
