Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Leader located in Gurugram. The Sales Leader will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include overseeing client interactions, identifying new sales opportunities, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Leader will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities to boost sales. Qualifications Experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership Strong understanding of the Real Estate market Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to develop and implement sales strategies Proficiency in market research and identifying sales opportunities Customer service and relationship-building skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Show more Show less
