Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Sales Lead Generator to join our Microsoft Practice team . The role involves generating and qualifying leads specifically for Microsoft-related solutions , supporting the sales team to build a strong pipeline and expand Tarento s presence in this space. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads interested in Microsoft technologies and services (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform). Engage potential clients through targeted outreach via calls, emails, and social media. Qualify leads and gather relevant information to ensure fit with Tarento s Microsoft offerings. Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies. Support scheduling of discovery calls, demos, and meetings for sales executives. Qualifications: 4+ years of Experience in lead generation or sales support within IT services, preferably with exposure to Microsoft technologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes. Self-driven with an ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of Microsoft cloud and enterprise products is a plus. Why Tarento?
