Sales Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our media production team for a 3-month internship . The intern will assist in lead generation, client communication, and sales support. This role involves direct client communication via phone calls and coordination with internal teams. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining real-world experience in sales, media services, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: Lead Support: Identify and research potential clients using online tools, directories, and platforms. Client Calling: Speak with potential and existing clients over the phone to introduce our services, confirm interest, and schedule meetings. Sales Pitching Assistance: Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations tailored to client needs. CRM Management: Update and maintain lead databases, call logs, and sales activity records. Email Communication: Draft and send professional emails to prospective clients as part of the outreach process. Market Research: Monitor trends, competitors, and industry insights to support strategy development. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams for proposal development and pitch materials. Reporting: Support the creation of weekly reports summarizing lead status, client feedback, and call outcomes. Qualifications: MBA or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially for client phone interactions. Confident in speaking over phone calls in English and Tamil. Basic understanding of sales and client relationship management. Good organizational and time management abilities. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team environment. Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
