Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-driven female Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate or hospitality industry, and must be comfortable with high-volume daily calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination over Zoom. This is a field-based role, and candidates should be open to travel as required. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

· Make 40–50 outbound calls daily to prospective clients

· Generate and qualify leads from various sources

· Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel

· Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with clients via Zoom

· Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/Excel reports regularly

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

· Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality

· Proficient in basic sales and negotiation techniques

· Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently

· Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel is an advantage

Preferred Background

· Prior experience in real estate sales (broker or property sales)

· Female candidates with strong client-handling abilities will be preferred

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
