Join us in transforming India’s energy future! Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and online platforms Meet with potential customers to present and explain solar products and services Coordinate with the technical and operations team for site visits and quotations Maintain client relationships and follow up for closures Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the manager Maintain daily records of visits and sales updates Represent the company professionally during customer interactions Requirements:Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (Any stream) Good communication and interpersonal skills Must be willing to travel for field sales (within assigned area) Basic understanding of solar or willingness to learn Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Own vehicle preferred (for field role) Perks & Benefits:Fixed Salary + Incentives Field Travel Allowance Growth opportunities in the renewable energy sector Training & mentoring support
