An Electronic Sales Representative is a professional responsible for promoting and selling electronic products, such as computers, smartphones, and home appliances, to customers. They work in retail stores, electronic showrooms, and provide product information and advice to customers, and help them find the best products to meet their needs. They also negotiate sales, close deals and take orders, and provide after-sales support. Electronic Sales Representatives must have a deep understanding of the products they are selling, and be able to explain the features, benefits and technical specifications of the products in a clear and concise manner. They must also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as they will be interacting with customers on a regular basis. They should be able to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and be able to handle any complaints or queries in a timely and professional manner. In addition to technical knowledge, Electronic Sales Representatives should have the ability to close deals and meet sales targets. They should be able to identify customer needs and match them with the appropriate products, and be able to negotiate prices and terms of sale to close deals effectively.
