Sales Executive – Northern & Western India

Location: Based in Northern or Western India

Sonali Group, a trusted name in the plastics and masterbatch industry for over two decades, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role will be responsible for driving sales and strengthening customer relationships across Northern and Western India.

We are looking for a committed professional with a deep understanding of the industry, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to achieve targets in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth in the assigned territories

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)

Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience; experience in the masterbatch industry will be an advantage

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions
