Job Description

1. Sales Target Achievement

  • Objective: Achieve the agreed sales revenue targets for products and services.

2. New Customer Acquisition

  • Objective: Develop new business by identifying and converting potential leads into customers.
  • Acquire new customers.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Objective: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

4. Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Objective: Identify and qualify high-quality leads for sales conversion.
  • Key Results:
  • Generate qualified leads per month from various sources (cold calling, referrals, networking, etc.).

5. Sales Presentation and Negotiation

  • Objective: Deliver effective sales presentations and negotiate deals that align with the company’s pricing and margin strategy.
  • Close quotations submitted to customers.

6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

  • Objective: Continuously monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.

7. Sales Pipeline Management

  • Objective: Effectively manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow and timely follow-ups.

8. Collaboration with Other Departments

  • Objective: Work closely with marketing, production, and CRM to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Resolve any customer issues with the help of the CRM.

9. Customer Feedback and Improvement

  • Objective: Gather and utilize customer feedback to continuously improve the sales process and product offerings.

10. Sales Reporting and Forecasting

  • Objective: Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Key Results:
  • Submit weekly or monthly sales reports.

11. Product Knowledge and Training

  • Objective: Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively sell and represent the company’s offerings.
  • Should comfortable for the sales meeting with reputated clients.

12. Cost Control and Efficiency

  • Objective: Ensure cost-effective selling strategies to maximize profitability.

Candidate should be graduate or in last semester.
