Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record of driving sales performance. You will be responsible for managing the sales process, guiding and motivating the team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to refine sales tactics. • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle high-level client escalations when necessary.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, local regulations, and market dynamics.
