We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for our Jewelry Store at Pune Airport . You will be responsible for engaging with customers, selling and upselling gold, diamond, and platinum jewelry, and supporting daily store operations while meeting sales targets. Role & responsibilities Engage with customers and provide tailored product recommendations. Drive sales by upselling gold, diamond, and platinum jewelry. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Manage counter sales and assist in daily store operations. Receive and organize stock, perform quality control (QC) checks, and maintain accurate inventory levels. Promote and upsell jewelry, ensuring customers are informed about ongoing promotions. Provide expert advice on product care and maintenance. Preferred candidate profile 0-5 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (gold sales, luxury sales). Strong convincing power, communication skills, selling skills, marketing knowledge, and target achievement abilities.
