Additionally, you will be required to prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements. It is essential to stay updated on real estate markets and best practices. The ideal candidate for this position should possess the ability to work independently and have excellent interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
