Job Role : Sales Executive

Location- Malkapur, Buldhana , Maharashtra

Working hours - 9:30 to 6:30 PM

Working days - Monday to Saturday

Weekly off - Sunday

About the Role

FinnovationZ is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales executive to propel our growth by acquiring new customers and building meaningful connections with prospects. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our reach, particularly among students and educational institutions, by presenting tailored learning solutions both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, and social media platforms to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Handle inbound inquiries while performing cold calls daily to reach out to fresh and existing leads.
• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into paying customers.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse audience.
• Present FinnovationZ’s offerings in a compelling manner, showcasing the value and benefits of our financial education programs.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, driving business growth.
• Accurately track and document sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in the ed-tech sector.

Skills:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in negotiation and relationship-building.
• Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple leads simultaneously.
• A strong passion for education and familiarity with FinnovationZ's products.
