Job Summary:

Credila (formerly known as HDFC Credila Financial Services Limited), India’s first dedicated education loan company, is seeking passionate and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join our expanding team. This role involves promoting education loan solutions to students and parents, building relationships with educational consultants, and driving loan disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through education consultants, institutions, and student outreach

Promote Credila’s education loan products and assist in application process

Guide customers through loan documentation and eligibility requirements

Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction

Coordinate with internal teams (credit and operations) for smooth processing

Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets

Maintain up-to-date records, MIS, and reports

Key Requirements:

> Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA is a plus)

> 0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in loans/financial services/education sector

> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
