Sales - Executive

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience: Minimum 01Years - 03 years of Edtech/IT/Corporate/Institutions

Qualification: BBM, MBA, PGDM, BE, BTECH (Any Degree)

Shift Timing:

• 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mon to Fri)
• 9:00 am to 1:00 pm ( Sat)

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques.
• Negotiation skills are required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools is an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, field visits, and various online platforms.
• Explain product features and benefits to prospects.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of client interactions.
• Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure all sales records are accurately maintained and up-to-date in the CRM.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for the Sales Team.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, conferences, and event participation.
• Handle documentation and filing related to sales transactions and contracts
• Support the implementation of new sales tools and technology within the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Day shift

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Executive: 1 year (Preferred)
