Job Description

1. Market Research and Technical Understanding: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in sectors like construction, automotive, pharmaceuticals, etc. Possess deep technical knowledge of BWM's wire mesh products, including their designs, materials (SS, MS, GI), and applications. Understand the technical challenges faced by institutional clients and develop solutions tailored to their needs. 2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Collaborate with institutional clients to gather technical requirements and provide product. Maintain strong client relationships by addressing both technical queries and commercial needs. Act as a key point of contact for technical discussions with clients, ensuring BWMs products are aligned with customer applications and expectations. 3. Product Customization and Innovation: Work with internal teams (R&D, Production, and Quality) to customize products according to client specifications and industry standards. Assist in developing new product ideas based on market research and customer feedback, ensuring continuous innovation and competitiveness. Offer insights into material and design selection for wire mesh products to meet industry-specific demands. 4. Technical Support and Presentations: Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales processes, including product presentations and demonstrations. Conduct technical training for clients and internal teams to improve product understanding and application in various industries. Prepare and deliver technical documentation, proposals, and presentations for institutional clients. 5. Commercial Support and Sales Contribution: Support the Assistant Manager in achieving sales targets by combining technical expertise with commercial strategies. Assist in preparing detailed techno-commercial proposals, including cost-benefit analysis, product features, and tailored solutions for clients. Engage in negotiations by balancing technical requirements with pricing strategies to offer competitive yet profitable solutions.
