Sales Coordinator

• Sales Support:

• Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits.

• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases (CRM).

• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, directing them

to the appropriate sales representative.

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

• Order Processing & Logistics:

• Track order status and provide regular updates to customers and sales team.

Qualifications:-

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience with CRM software is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

effectively.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
