As a Sales Coordinator at Rooh Tourism, a Luxury Destination Management Company operating in the UAE and India since 2016, your primary responsibility will be sales coordination, customer service, communication, and managing sales operations on a day-to-day basis. You will be based in Kanayannur and will work full-time on-site. To excel in this role, you should possess strong sales coordination and sales operations skills, along with exceptional customer service and communication abilities. Your sales acumen should be robust, enabling you to provide the best deals to agents and ensure the highest quality of travel arrangements for tourists from various countries. Furthermore, your interpersonal skills should be excellent, allowing you to work effectively in a team environment. While prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is considered a plus, it is not mandatory. However, a Bachelor's degree coupled with at least 1 year of experience is required to be eligible for this position.
