Job Description

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for expanding partnerships with fleet operators, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new fleet partners. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the fleet business, and a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets. Frequent travel will be involved, and the position will be under third-party payroll. Roles & Responsibilities: Fleet Expansion: Identify and onboard new fleet partners to expand the network. Contract Negotiation: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with fleet partners through contract discussions. Sales & Acquisition: Achieve and exceed monthly acquisition targets. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new partners. Market Feedback: Provide real-time insights to the operations team about fleet partner concerns and market demands. Engagement & Retention: Develop strategies to keep fleet partners engaged and maximize their vehicle utilization. Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the value proposition to partners. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel frequently.
