Sales Consultant

You will be responsible for selling cars and value-adding services such as maintenance plans and warranties directly to customers. Your main duties will include converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs, recommending suitable vehicles, conducting test drives, preparing sales proposals, negotiating prices, processing sales orders, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles. It will also be important to maintain accurate records of sales activities, build long-term relationships with customers, and stay informed about the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars to provide detailed information to potential customers. To succeed in this role, you should have an associate's degree or diploma, with 0 to 6 years of experience in a similar field. A proven track record in motor vehicle sales would be advantageous. You should possess a professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and negotiation skills are also essential. Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets and assisting with the setup of showroom and promotional displays will be part of your responsibilities. You will also need to maintain a customer database, communicate with customers, assist with completing relevant paperwork for sales, and work towards improving sales possibilities by building rapport with potential customers. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The compensation package includes a performance bonus.
