Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Delhi team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, converting leads, conducting site visits, and building strong customer relationships to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming leads and walk-in clients.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable options accordingly.

• Conduct property/site visits and explain product offerings.

• Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

• Meet monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.

• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or co-living sectors.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Must be based in Delhi or willing to relocate.

• Willingness to work on weekends (weekly off on weekdays).
